I am Anwesha, Director of Quatalyst Pvt. Ltd., and I am excited to begin a new chapter of my professional journey in the world of business, technology, and entrepreneurship.
For the past 15 years, I have been working in the field of teaching and education in Goa. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with and guide many students, helping them develop their knowledge, confidence, skills, and determination to achieve their dreams.
For me, teaching has always been much more than simply delivering lessons. It has been about understanding people, identifying their strengths, encouraging them when they face challenges, and helping them believe in their own potential. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons in leadership, communication, patience, organisation, mentoring, problem-solving, and people management.
After 15 years in education, I decided that it was time for me to take on a new challenge and explore my potential as a business leader and entrepreneur.

Picq aims to make it easier for customers to find, compare, communicate with, and book professionals for a wide variety of services.
The platform is being developed with a broad range of service categories in mind, including freelancers, home services, professional services, technical services, creative services, education, fitness, business services, and many other categories.

Alongside Picq, we are also developing Picq Prime, an enhanced marketplace concept designed to provide additional opportunities and features for service providers only.
Our vision is to create a platform where skilled individuals and businesses can showcase their services, build their professional presence, connect with potential customers, and grow their business through digital technology.

Stay Q is an exciting upcoming project from Quatalyst Private Limited, created to bring a smarter, simpler, and more engaging way to discover, list, and book properties. Designed as a modern property and accommodation marketplace, Stay Q aims to connect guests, hosts, property owners, and travellers through a seamless digital platform.
From comfortable stays and unique properties to convenient booking, secure payments, host management, reviews, communication, and personalized experiences, Stay Q is being built with the goal of making the entire accommodation journey easier and more reliable.
But Stay Q is not just about booking a place to stay. We are working on creating an ecosystem that brings technology, convenience, trust, and new opportunities together on one platform.
As we prepare for the official launch, there is even more to look forward to. Stay Q will come with two exciting surprise elements that we believe will make the platform stand out from conventional property and accommodation marketplaces. We are keeping these features under wraps for now and will reveal them only at the official launch.

I am Shayan, the Director of Quatalyst Pvt. Ltd. With nearly 20 years of experience in the computer and IT services industry, I have developed a strong understanding of technology, hardware, software, IT support, customer requirements, and the rapidly changing digital landscape.
After spending two decades working closely with computers, IT services, customers, and technology solutions, I decided to take the next step and establish Quatalyst Pvt. Ltd. with a broader vision — to create technology products and digital platforms that can serve businesses and users not only locally, but across India and eventually globally.
We want to combine experience, innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship to create products that solve real-world problems.
Quatalyst is therefore not only focused on providing IT development services. We are also building our own technology products and platforms that have the potential to grow into independent digital businesses.
